We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with our terms of use https://crowdology.com/uk/terms-of-use/ and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We will collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by signing up as a member of Crowdology, filling in forms on our sites: Morarconsulting.com, Crowdology.com, Crowdologyusa.com, Redshiftresearch.co.uk and Vi.Ga (our sites), by completing surveys or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you register to use our sites, subscribe to our services, complete surveys, redeem incentives and when you report a problem with our sites. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, demographic information (such as occupation, travel frequency, and areas of interest) and any information submitted in response to survey questions. Where a survey response would require the collection of “sensitive personal data” we will ask for your express consent before collecting such information. Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our sites we will automatically collect the following information:

  • technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information and browser type and version;
  • information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
  • Information we receive from other sources. This is information we receive about you if you use any of the other websites we, or our partners, operate or the other services we provide. In this case you will have been informed when the data was collected and for what purpose. In order to complete surveys, you may be asked to provide sensitive personal data, such as data directly or indirectly revealing racial and ethnic origins, political, philosophical, or religious opinions, trade union affiliation, or health or sexual life. Before collecting this type of data we will first make sure to seek your express consent. We will only use sensitive personal data for the purpose of storing and processing it on behalf of the survey creator.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Please do not send us your information if you do not agree to it being transferred outside the EEA in this way. By providing your information to us you agree and consent to us transferring to, and storing your information in any of our offices around the world. If you do not agree to this then you should unsubscribe from the Crowdology panel.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
